-Swan Telecom got licenses without any prior telecom experience

-Swan Telecom given license even though it did not meet eligibility criteria

-Swan Telecom bought 2G spectrum for a paltry Rs 1,537 crore.

-Swan has not spent any single paisa on any infrastructure to execute spectrum operations.

-Swan has sold 45 per cent of its stake to UAE based Etisalat for $900 million.

-At this deal price, market value of spectrum is $2 billion, which was bought only at 1537 cr.
